"Specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes in DVP Tirana in cooperation with Police Station No. 1, arrested the citizen Mr. Sh., 78 years old, a resident of a private asylum for the elderly, for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder", provided for by Article 76 of the Criminal Code.
