Full press release:
Endless complaints arrive at our electoral headquarters for attempts to influence the election process of the next day in the entire territory of the municipality and in particular in the administrative unit Hore Vranisht, but also in the villages of Qeparo and Borsh.
The former mayor of the municipality Hore Vranisht, accompanied by the SP deputy from the area in question and senior officials of governmental and state institutions, exert pressure, intimidate and try to lure voters, actions for which there are facts and evidence that will be presented available to justice.
When we are only a few hours away from the start of the election process, we ask all relevant structures and entities to commit to free and fair elections in Himara.
We warn that no attempt to alienate the process and the election result, such as the electronic non-identification of voters, the use of forged identity cards, or photographing the vote, will not be tolerated. Every case will be reported and those responsible will be brought to justice.
