Can Dick Marty's resolution be reversed? How the former Foreign Minister of

The former Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, has shown whether Dick Marty's resolution can be changed 11 years after its presentation.

Speaking in the Debate on A2 CNN, Hoxhaj said that it will take a strong lobbying of Albania in the Council of Europe and in the national parliaments of the member countries, as it is never too late to get to the truth.

"It was necessary for Albania to return this resolution to the Council of Europe. The first step is important. It will depend a lot on how much Albania will lobby in this institution and it will have to lobby with the national parliaments that are represented in the Council of Europe and see how to move forward with this topic. I am convinced that it is never too late to come to the truth. The Prime Minister's approach was the right one.

Now it is required to lobby the capitals that must take a position on an issue that is important for the history of Kosovo and that is related to our struggle and sacrifice to achieve independence. I am convinced that it is not too late for the deputies of the Council of Europe to come to their senses and review that resolution" , said Hoxhaj.

We recall that Prime Minister Edi Rama requested the revision of Resolution 1782 (approved in 2011) for Dick Marty's report, and to declare unfounded his accusations of human organ trafficking during the last war in Kosovo.
