The spokesperson of the US State Department, Matthew Miller, has warned the government of Kosovo that the recent uncoordinated actions may endanger the opportunities that the country has created with the help of the US.

During a press conference, Miller was asked by a Serbian journalist whether measures will be taken against Prime Minister Albin Kurti for "violating red lines."

He refused to speculate on possible future actions, but emphasized the US's concern regarding recent uncoordinated decisions by Kosovo's leadership. "We believe that these decisions jeopardize the opportunities that we have helped Kosovo create," said Miller.

The spokesperson also highlighted the strong partnership the US has had with Kosovo since independence in 2008, and encouraged the Kosovo government to continue working closely with its international partners.

"The United States has strongly supported the full integration of Kosovo into the international community as a sovereign and multi-ethnic democracy," he added.
