Media mogul, 92-year-old Rupert Murdoch for the fifth time to the altar

Media mogul Rupert Murdoch is engaged to his partner Ann Lesley Smith. The 92-year-old and the 66-year-old met in September at an event at his vineyards in California. The businessman told the New York Post that:

"I was afraid to fall in love, but I knew it would be the last. It's good to be. I'm happy."

Murdoch added that he proposed to Smith on St. Patrick's Day. The 66-year-old is the widow of Chester Smith, a country music singer and radio and television host. Ann told the New York Post that:

"For both of us it's a gift from God. We met last September. I've been a widow for 14 years. Like Rupert, my husband was a businessman so I speak Rupert's language. We share the same beliefs."

Murdoch, who has six children from his first three marriages, added that the couple are looking forward to spending the second half of their lives together. The wedding will take place at the end of the summer and the couple will spend their time between California, Montana, New York and Great Britain. Murdoch has previously been married to Australian flight attendant Patricia Booker, Scottish-born journalist Anna Mann and Chinese-born entrepreneur Wendi Deng.
