Prime Minister Edi Rama has warned that the retirement age will be revised. 

During the conversation with the pensioners in Korça, the head of the government declares that the conviction has been strengthened that with the increase in life expectancy we should see an increase in the time before retirement. 

"The Tax Directorate has sent a notice to all businesses to take into account when declaring salaries not to steal from pensioners but to declare real salaries. If they come to us from construction companies or the tourism sector, declarations that are not in accordance with reality will be returned to them. look back once more. And if you don't look back, the consequences are criminal.

We are in the conditions of evasion. We believe that this will give us more income in the scheme. Our conviction has been reinforced that with the increase in life expectancy we should see an increase in the time before retirement. Let's give them the opportunity to work more" , said Rama.
