Noka: Beleri is kept in prison for discovering Rama's atrocities

The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, says that the file against the elected mayor of Himara is fabricated.

Present at the conference held by Fredi Beleri's lawyers, Noka said that his detention has only one motive, which according to him is "the discovery of the atrocities of Rama and his government with the properties on the coast".
