Xhaferri: The Renaissance inspired many doctors to betray the Hippocratic Oath

7 doctors were placed under investigation for malpractice at the Oncology Department, as they directed patients to private services.

The head of FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, has reacted with a post on Facebook where he writes that the health situation is dramatic and that the Renaissance led doctors to violate the Hippocratic Oath.

Beyond the proper names, this phenomenon is present in most of the private hospitals in the country, making free healthcare an illusion since Albanians are the people who pay the most in Europe for medical care.

The situation in health is dramatic and this affair is only the tip of the iceberg of murderous corruption that has gripped this sector.
