After the American, British and German embassy, ​​the Italian embassy in Tirana also reacted regarding the tensions in the Parliament.

The Italian Embassy calls on the parties to work together to ensure that Parliament can exercise its duty in the interest of all citizens, as the last session was characterized by tensions and the smoke of flares lit by opposition MPs, while the majority passed the budget in 5 minutes.

" The Embassy of Italy in Tirana expresses concern about the latest developments in the Albanian Parliament. A functioning Parliament and a fruitful dialogue between elected MPs are essential for the proper functioning of democracy.
