European League/ Offended the referee, UEFA starts the investigation against

Roma was defeated in the Europa League final by Sevilla. The defeat was not well chewed by the yellow-red coach José Mourinho, who did not get angry about a penalty.

The Portuguese criticized referee Anthony Taylor, saying: "You are a shame, it's a shame. Run away!

Due to his insults and behavior, UEFA has decided to open an investigation against "Special One".

"Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated in accordance with Article 55 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations in relation to the Europa League final between Sevilla and Roma, played on 31 May 2023 in Budapest, Hungary.

Accusations against Sevilla FC:

- Field invasion, art. 16(2)(a) DR

- Throwing things, art. 16(2)(b) DR

- Lighting of fireworks, art. 16(2) (c) DR

- Team misconduct, Article: 15(4) DR

Accusations against AS Roma:

- Throwing things, art. 16(2)(b) DR

- Lighting of fireworks, art. 16(2) (c) DR

- Acts of damage, Art. 16(2)(f) DR

– Riots of the crowd, art. 16(2) (h) DR

- Team misconduct, Article: 15(4) DR

– Insulting language/insult to a match official (Mr. Jose Mourinho), article 15(1)(b) DR

UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) will decide on this in due course."
