The agreement for Butrint, activists protest in front of the AADF

Civil society activists and citizens have continued the protest against the agreement for the Butrint National Park.

Members of the alliance have gathered in front of the offices of the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) that, based on the agreement, together with the Ministry of Culture, will create a foundation for the management of Butrint.

Tomorrow the activists will hold a protest in front of the Assembly, where the plenary session for the approval of the agreement will be held.

Yesterday, the Economy and Finance Commission overturned the decree of President Ilir Meta to return to the Parliament the law on Butrint.

The Alliance also opposes the concession of the Durrës Amphitheater, the plan for which was published two days ago.
