The Mayor of Kavaja, Fisnik Qosja, has announced that he has been appointed head of the Democratic Party branch in Kavaja. He made the news known through a Facebook post, where he states that this responsibility given by the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, further increases expectations for the electoral result of the Kavaja branch.

Qosja praised the leadership of his predecessor, Hysen Kadiu, describing it as a successful period in one of the most difficult moments for the Democratic Party. He emphasized that Kadiu's resignation to pave the way for the primaries is an example that should become the norm within the DP.

" It is with great honor that I have taken on the position of Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kavaja Branch, my second family since I was 15 years old! This new responsibility further increases expectations for the electoral outcome of the Kavaja Branch at this crucial moment ," writes Qosja.

He called for the unity and mobilization of democrats, emphasizing that the DP remains the institution of great changes in Albania.
