The Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev announced that he will receive the Russian vaccine Sputnik V.
The Health Commission has assessed that the number of vaccines ordered is enough to carry out collective immunization, said Prime Minister Zaev.
"If we continue to order the 'Sputnik' vaccine, what follows is probably the 'Astra Zeneca' ," he said.
He also added that Northern Macedonia will also receive doses from Pfizer and Sinopharm.
"If some of the orders fail and some of the orders are canceled, surely what follows as an order is the Sputnik vaccine. "That is why we have made as many agreements as we need in accordance with the national plan for vaccination of citizens in the Republic of Northern Macedonia," said Zaev.
