The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, said tonight in Real Story, that he has filed a criminal report with the SPAK in recent days for the representative of the government in Elbasan, Taulant Balla, after ascertaining that he is committing an electoral crime, exercising pressure on persons who are part of the economic assistance scheme.
