Activist denounces 3 SP MPs: They released my video without permission and

Activist Rexhina Roci has reacted publicly by denouncing three members of Parliament, Sara Mile, Romina Kuku and Zegjine Çaushi, who, according to her, have taken and published a video of her on social networks without authorization.

Roci says that the publication of the material has brought a wave of offensive and bullying comments towards her, including harsh messages related to a personal event from the past, when she was the victim of a suicide attempt as a minor.

According to the activist, the MPs in question allowed and did not intervene to stop the hate speech that spread in the comments of the posts, further aggravating the situation.

In her statement, Roci requests legal assistance due to her economic inability to afford the costs of a lawyer, warning that she will also turn to cybercrime structures to continue reporting.

"I publicly denounce Sara Milen, Romina Kuku and Zeqine Caushin, who, without my permission, have taken and published on their platforms photos and videos originally published on my profile. Despite their status as MPs, they have allowed and encouraged bullying and hate speech in the comments of their posts, including comments such as: “Jump from the Down Town tower, since you were thrown from the fourth floor.”

Given that they are aware of the trauma I experienced at the age of about 13, when I jumped from the fourth floor as a result of bullying, allowing such comments constitutes, in my opinion, a serious and intentional act that incites hate speech and psychological violence against me.

I am seeking the assistance of a legal consultant, as I currently do not have the financial means to afford a lawyer. Before filing a complaint with the Cybercrime structures, I would like to seek legal advice to determine the steps I should take. I also declare that at no time have I published personal photos or videos of the MPs in question and have not used their names on my platforms to attack or directly target them. My satirical videos refer to current phenomena and were not intended to personally attack them.

"Thank you! See you at the competent authorities ," she says.
