Kosovo police robbery operation in Suhareka: One killed, 2 injured

The Kosovo Police announced that it has "neutralized" a suspect and that one of its members was injured on Thursday, after being attacked with firearms during a wide-ranging investigative operation in three different locations related to last week's robbery at a the jeweler in Suhareka.
The police said that one of the suspects shot at police officers during the operation in Pristina, Fushë Kosovë and Carralevë, injuring one of the officers.
"Police officers, in self-defense, were forced to use proportional force, managing to neutralize a suspect," said the Police.
The injured policeman is being treated at the Clinical and University Hospital Service of Kosovo in the capital and that his life is out of danger.
