"Rama behaves like the owner of Albania", Këlliçi: "Albanian Files" proves the connection between towers and dirty money

"Rama behaves like the owner of Albania", Këlliçi:

Democratic MP Belind Këlliçi has reacted again regarding the much-discussed book "Albanian Files", describing it as a document that, according to him, exposes the corruption and state capture scheme during Edi Rama's government.

Through a Facebook post, Këlliçi writes that the book contains evidence that directly links the prime minister to the tower projects in Tirana, the legal changes for construction in protected areas, and their financing.

According to him, "Albanian Files" is the file that SPAK should investigate.

Reaction:

“Albanian Files”, traces of a monstrous crime and corruption!
“Albanian Files” is not a book of architectural whims and jokes as Edi Rama said. It is the truth of Albania in these years.
The Prime Minister has actually surpassed the desire of the Dutchman de Graaf who wanted to see him king. Even a king has some limitations and prohibitions. Edi Rama behaves as the absolute owner of Albania. He determines the place where the towers will be built, orders the projects from the architects of his circle and further, the money comes from drug trafficking.
Look at the case of the two tallest towers in the country after the Palace of Culture, a construction that has begun. In the book “Albanian Files”, comes the testimony of the architect from Chile who is called by Edi Rama on the phone to do the project. He comes from the other side of the world and realizes the concept.
In the recent actions of SPAK, with several prosecuted builders and some of the biggest drug traffickers who put money into these construction sites, it has been understood how these towers of Edi Rama found financing.
How could a narco-state be different?!
And Edi Rama is directly implicated. The testimonies of the architects are enough.
But there is more. In the "Albanian Files" it turns out that some projects were commissioned and designed and destined for protected areas, two or 3 years before the legal changes were made to pave the way for construction where it was prohibited.
It is clear that Rama's friends knew that the law would be changed. They had absolute guarantees until they spent quite a bit of money on Rama's expensive architects.
This is living proof of the capture of the state, after we have passed the law, of the changes that were made to remove protection from the most beautiful areas of the country, by order, for the interest of a certain group of people. This is corruption of the highest level.
There is nothing intellectual here that would require SPAK's time and effort. It is blatant and proven corruption.
The book "Albanian Files" is enough. There are traces of one of the biggest crimes that have occurred in the country, with a foreword by Edi Rama.
