The decisions of the Democratic Party group have been revealed. 

The group has decided to set up two working groups for the intimidation of the public administration and the verification of the implementation of the law on the privatization of state facilities.

Also, an urgent interpellation was decided with the Prime Minister Edi Rama on the appointment of the former general of the Romanian secret services, Florian Coldea, as an external advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania.

DECISIONS

1. The establishment of two working groups by the DP Parliamentary Group for these issues:

a. The intimidation that is being done to the public administration to declare membership in the SP and commitment to vote for the SP in the upcoming elections.

b. After the entry into force of the law on the privatization of state facilities, the verification of the implementation of the law, from where it is reported that the privatization of state facilities for construction by family members of SP deputies or individuals connected to the government has started.

2. The use of these parliamentary control mechanisms regarding these issues:

a. Motion with Debate on the abuse of EU funds for agriculture, which have resulted in the cancellation of IPARD II and III funds, in a total value of 142 million euros. Resolution of the Assembly for taking measures for this phenomenon and the request for the establishment of a Special Parliamentary Commission for the problems that have been identified and the legal protection mechanisms that are needed to benefit Albanian citizens from the IPARD funds.

b. Urgent interpellation with the Prime Minister Edi Rama on the appointment of the former general of the Romanian secret services Florian Coldea as an external advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania. The Romanian media wrote how the Romanian General provided protection for the network that brought cocaine from Mexico to Albania and then to Romania, where it was distributed mainly in wealthy areas.

c. Urgent interpellation with the Minister of Health, regarding the scandal discovered by the prosecution in the Oncology Hospital, in QSUT. The phenomenon has been denounced several times by the opposition and the media, the Minister of Health has not taken any measures, seriously endangering the lives and health of citizens.
