The police have confiscated 7 real estate properties of the "arable" type, with a total area of ​​15,028 m², located on the banks of the Drin River and in the village of Ishull Shëngjin.

The confiscation was carried out in implementation of the decision of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) in 2021, which was upheld by the decision of the Special Appeal in 2022.

According to the State Police, the assets are suspected to have been obtained through criminal activity.

The operation was carried out by specialists from the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section at the Lezha Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the Sequestered and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency.
