Albania imposes new restrictions on the MEK camp

The Albanian police have imposed new restrictions on the Iranian camp Ashraf-3 in Manzë.

According to the Iranian media , no one is allowed to enter or leave the camp without the authorization of the Albanian police.

A few days ago, the Albanian government banned Maryam Rajavi, the leader of the Mujahedin camp in Manza (MEK), from entering the country.

The sources said Albania's anti-terrorism court issued the ban after reviewing evidence that the group has directed terrorist activities in Iran.

Rajavi left Albania for France at the end of June.

The Albanian police have seized 150 computer devices related to terrorist activities

At least one member of the MKO was killed and dozens injured during clashes in the camp with the police a few months ago.
