The special court has rejected the request of Artan Gaçi, husband of socialist MP Olta Xhacka, to lift the seizure of suspected counterfeit property with an area of 5,512 square meters located in Gjilekë, Himara.

According to Ora News, Judge Erjon Çela did not accept Gaç's request, where the surface of his land was owned by the company AG.TCC Shpk.

This land area is suspected to have been acquired through falsified documents, from which Artan Gaçi gained the status of strategic investor.

The transfer of the property to Stavri Mehilli gave the latter the right to sell it, and investigations have shown that 10 days later, on February 25, 12,677,600 lek were transferred to Stavri Mehilli's account from the 'AGTTC Hotel Management' company in the name of Artan Gaci.

From the data provided, it results that Stavro Mëhilli sold 12,677,600 lek according to the contract, of which the first installment in the amount of 3,000,000 lek was liquidated on 25.07.2019, through a bank transaction, and the second installment in the amount of 9,677,600 lek was liquidated on 25.02.2020.

Currently, the property is registered in the name/ownership of the company "AG. TCC" shpk, pronounced SPAK.

Also, on March 28, 2024, the Special Court placed under seizure another area of 5080 square meters, which borders the other area of 5512 m2.
