Kurti on the Brussels-Ohrid Agreement: I accepted it, but Serbia refused to sign

Kosovo's acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has stated that the dialogue with Serbia has not failed.

Invited to the "Politiko" show, he emphasized that agreements were reached during the process, but the main problem, according to him, remains their non-implementation by Belgrade.

Kurti said that the agreement is not good but that there is a basis to continue, Kosovo media report.

"The dialogue is not dead. It has been successful, it has resulted in an agreement. The problem is that Serbia did not sign the agreement and is not respecting it. Serbia is violating it every day. I have accepted the agreement. It is not excellent, but it is a good basis for further progress. It also seems that Belgrade believed that I would say no to the agreement, but I said yes, and when they saw where they were going, they did not agree to sign it," Kurti said.
