Port of Durrës, Shehaj reveals facts: "Eagle Hills" has no connection with Alabbar, shell company without capital and activity

Port of Durrës, Shehaj reveals facts: "Eagle Hills" has no

Democratic MP Agron Shehaj has published facts about the company "Eagle Hills", which has undertaken the implementation of the project for the construction of the yacht harbor in the Port of Durrës.

Shehaj has published on Facebook a document of the "Eagle Hills" company that shows that there is no ownership or legal relationship with the Arab investor Mohamed Alabbar, as the Rama government claims.

Shehaj writes that the company in question is a derivative of three other shell companies without capital and activity, as he adds that such a chain of companies is typical for corruption money laundering schemes.

Shehaj's post:

The building of buildings in the Port of Durrës is a personal project of Mohamed Alabari, which serves as a facade for the other beneficiaries of these constructions. All the claims that Edi Rama and Alabar make with Emaar and Eagle Hills of Abu Dhabi are complete frauds. The facts are simple:

1. Eagle Hills Real Estate Development shpk, with which the Rama government made the contract, has NO property, legal or financial relationship with Emaar Group or with Eagle Hills Development of Abu Dhabi. NO CONNECTION. ZERO. Eagle Hills in Albania with a capital of 10 thousand lek is a shell company (i.e. a company without activity and without capital), owned by a shell company (North Hill), which is also owned by another shell company (Symphony Global) , which is also owned by another shell company (Symphony Investment). This chain of four shell companies one after the other is typical of money laundering or money laundering schemes of corruption or crime.

2. Although it has made agreements with shell companies, without any capital and activity, the Rama government has no official document on who the ultimate owners of these shell companies are. It has contented itself with a personal statement formulated in a completely unprofessional and worthless manner by Mohamed Alabari, who has stated that he and his family are the owners of shell companies: a statement made on a piece of paper with only a signature, without any elements official (head, stamp) and without any certification (notarization and apostille). It is a letter identical to the grocery letters issued by Sudja at the time of the pyramids.

3. Alabar is not the owner of Emaar. He may have a negligible percentage of shares, but that does not make him an owner in Emaar. Emaar is state owned and listed on the stock market and has tens of thousands of shareholders and no one can claim to be the owner of Emaar.

The whole construction project in Durrës is a fraud scheme to steal public land to build with money of corruption and crime, under the facade of Mohamed Alabari who will earn hundreds of millions of euros without risking a penny.
