An 18-year-old Albanian dies in a car accident in Italy

A serious accident took place today in Caselle Torinese in Italy, as a result of which a young Albanian man lost his life.

According to Italian media, a Ford Ka type vehicle in which four boys were traveling collided with a wall on the side of the road.

The driver, Blendi Halili, the 18-year-old of Kosovar origin, who was driving the vehicle without a driver's license, was trapped and consequently lost his life after the vehicle caught fire. The other three youths, two 18-year-olds and a 17-year-old, managed to get out safely and were transported to the Ciriè hospital in non-serious conditions.

The firefighters of Caselle Torinese and Torin Centrale and the carabinieri of the Venaria Reale company intervened on the scene, investigating the incident. No other vehicles were involved in the accident, while it is suspected that the vehicle lost control

The vehicle was owned by the victim's father, who was apparently not aware that his son had taken it and was also transporting other people.
