In the semi-final match between England and Denmark, the famous sports commentator Dritan Shakohoxha announced that he would give up sports journalism, a profession he has been practicing for more than 30 years.

The final departure from this profession, Shakohoxha has strengthened last night, in the grand final of Euro 2020, between Italy and England. At the end of the match, he said this was the last match he was commenting on because after 32 years, he decided to give up sports journalism.  

Shakohoxha also showed the reason for leaving in connection with the sports program on RTSH, from "Wembli", where he commented on the final of Euro 2020. He showed that he was leaving sports journalism to run in next year's elections for president of the Federation Albanian Football. This post, as it is known, is held by Armando Duka for 5 mandates. To be free and unconditional in this race, Shakohoxha has chosen to give up the profession and prepare for the campaign early next year:

"I will leave journalism, but I will be in the sports environment and I will be long. What can I say more openly? I will run for president of FSHF. "I am convinced that I will win," said Shakohoxha.
