It is learned that 12 tenders won by this company from UKT and Tirana Municipality have passed through SPAK's sieve. Only in 5 contracts signed with the latter, the company, which according to the accusation is owned by 2 former directors of Tirana Municipality, collected over 915 thousand euros as profit

The Special Prosecutor's Office is investigating 12 tenders won by the "5D construction" company, the funds of which were provided by UKT and the municipality of Tirana.

Only in 5 tenders carried out by the Municipality of Tirana, "5D Construction", whose actual owners, according to SPAK, are the two former directors of the Capital Municipality, Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato, have made a profit of around 915 thousand euros.

In the first contract for the Mullet roundabout to the bridge in the village of Qeha, it turns out that the project was worth nearly 189 million lek.

This contract was concluded between "VAS construction" and "Sterkaj" company, but after the conclusion of the contract, the works were carried out by "VAS" company, which changed its name to "5D". It turns out that this company has invoiced the work situations to the contracting authority.

In this way, "5D" made a profit from the public contract with the value of about 65 million ALL.

The second contract concerns the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle lane at Lake Dry. This contract was worth over 58 million ALL.

After the "5D" company won this public contract from the Trian municipality, it did the works and then invoiced them to the contracting authority. The profit of "5D|" from this public contract amounts to 8 million and 776 thousand ALL.

Another contract won by "5D" with the contracting authority of Tirana Municipality is the "Rehabilitation of the Kinostudio Center", this contract was worth 345 million ALL.

"5D" has concluded an agreement with the company "Bami shpk", which has carried out part of the works. The profit from this public contract is 16 million ALL.

Another project won by "5D" with contracting authority "Tirana Parking" is the reconstruction of the parking lot at the "Selman Stërmasi" stadium. The determined value was 18 million ALL.

The contract was concluded by "Tirana Parking" between the merger of "VAS construction" and "Sterkaj shpk". The profit for "5D" construction exceeds the figure of 6 million lek.

Another tender won by "5D" is the reconstruction of the wrestling gym with contracting authority "Tirana Sports Club". This project was worth 3,993,680 ALL.

From the reports submitted to the contracting authority, in these procedures that are suspected of being clientelistic, "5 D Construction" has earned a total of 91 million and 150 thousand ALL. / Ora News
