Study of the British: Pristina, the capital where you can buy a house more

DailyMail, based on a new study, shows that Pristina is the European capital where you can buy a house cheaper.

By comparison, the price of a house in the UK averages £294,910, while in London they cost almost double.

However, if in Britain at this price you can buy a normal house, in Kosovo you can buy a super villa.

The study points out that £250,000 can buy a five-bedroom house with three bathrooms, a garage and a large garden in Pristina.

Properties in the city cost £577 per square metre, while London averages £8,091 per square metre. In second place is Yerevan, Armenia.
