Ervin Salianji reacted to the statement of Niko Peleshi, who said that the recent riots are inappropriate and that he "doesn't feel good" about the expelled MPs.

From the phone booth of Fier prison, communicating to his lawyer, Salianji said that today, the Democratic Party protests against the capture and use of justice, every citizen can judge for himself if this serves the citizen's interest!

We are reacting to the injustice produced by the capture and political use of the courts!

History recognizes unjust decisions with big symbols! Even Mandela was tried by the Rivonia Trial and imprisoned, Martin Luther King was tried by the courts, even Gandhi was tried and convicted by the courts.

Those who dared to condemn them did not escape either the justice of man or that of history.

Today, the Democratic Party protests against the capture and use of justice, every citizen can judge for himself if this serves the citizen's interest!

Do we serve Albania by denouncing bandits and criminals with power, by denouncing those who steal and devastate Albania?!

Niko Peleshi is a beneficiary, personally, of the two standards of justice. When Rama dismissed him as minister, several investigations were opened.

The question is why Peleshi was not fully investigated and held responsible for the poisons he introduced with his own company when he was Minister of Agriculture, while the experts in the field had said their word that these chemicals were poisoning the citizens!

The public will know; where are the investigations for Peleš, when he appears in communications for corruption at the time when he was running the Korça Municipality?

The public will know, is there an investigation into his numerous properties in Korça?

What causes harm to the public interest, the poisoning of citizens, the corruption and clientelism of Peleš or my denunciation of a drug trafficker who was saved from the investigation and the new punishment for drug trafficking because he was packed in a day for Italy?!

If telling the truth and denunciations of the mafia have a cost, I am assuming every cost and the isolation and unjust deprivation of freedom and taking the mandate of the citizens, but forget that this will stop the truths.

Don't sell the inedible plums of propaganda anymore, because he supposedly doesn't comment on court decisions, this alibi has been extinguished by Rama, he was the one who warned in 3 sessions of my political conviction in the parliament. It was Rama himself who, even after the verdict, defended the sentence, giving arguments to the court that he is still not announcing today.
